   Has anyone re-built greens recently? If so what would be a good budget price to start with on price per ton on 85-15 greens mix and gravel.

   Roughly $.70/sqft for granite gravel @ 4", $1.30/sqft for 90/10 @ 12". No labor.
   
   So, $56.70/yard for gravel, $35.10/yard for 90/10 greens mix.
