We have a concrete potable water cistern on the course that supplies water to RV lots and the clubhouse.
We have discovered a leak around the 10" PVC pipe that feeds the discharge pumps.

What can be used to seal the leak?

We can draw the water level down below the pipe. Can the leak be sealed wet? Dry?

I have seen wet pipe repair kits in the past but have never used one. they are a little like a plaster cast, that will harden wet or dry.

    Good luck

If it's potable, you'll have to use a food grade product. Check with a plumbing supply house. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.
