Working on an upgrade to my satellites and I have installed all the controllers with Osmac G3.

There is one that refuses to communicate by radio, by the app or by the central computer. This one and another close by are both equal distance from the main(the furthest 2 away). The one not communicating is higher up than the other of the same distance.
I have installed a larger antenna and still nothing.
I have swapped out the face plate from another location and it still won't work.
All of the settings are correct, radio frequency and address and it will not accept a command.

I have been working with my dealer and he is stumped as well.

    Any suggestions????

    Brad,
We had a similar issue with one of our controllers not communicating properly over the radio with our map app. When I first called NSN they were clueless and told me to have our Toro rep come out, which I did. He came out and got on the phone with NSN and eventually was able to learn that there is a firmware issue with the controllers that only affects certain controller addresses (in our case is was 010). Supposedly there will be an update coming that your rep will come out and put in to the controllers. In the meantime, you might call NSN and run that idea by them and see if it rings a bell and maybe assigning that controller a different address might work.

Thanks I will try changing the address. Maybe Toro is superstitious and doesn't like the address 013.

What's your signal strength to those two?

    Have you tried a yagi?

We just did the G3 upgrade and so far so good. My understanding the firmware update mentioned above was for multi-manuals from a radio. We have a couple that are a little squirrly from the radio but fine from the central.
