We have about 40 acres of overseeded ryegrass in Atlanta, GA. We have used a granular Ronstar/Dimension combo product on a 0-0-7 the past few years in the spring for summer weed control with no damage to the ryegrass with decent/good results for summer weeds. I would like to spray our pre-emergent instead in the spring wall to wall including the ryegrass and wanted to know what some others have used that has not hurt the ryegrass(Liquid Ronstar is out) to provide good results. We use Prodiamine in the fall 50-60 days before we seed the ryegrass for Poa Control. Thanks.
