Turfcat PTO shutting off Cancel The title field is required!

   I've a Turfcat 628 about 10 yrs old and from startup the blades run about 10 or so minutes then they just stop. I have replaced the pto switch as well as replaced the coil and still no luck. Maybe I replaced the coil incorrectly? I'm at a bit of a loss?

   You have to look at what kind of features the mower has that will shut down the PTO. For instance, if the mower overheats it will shut down the PTO. Your mower may not be overheating but the switch may be malfunctioning. Maybe a parking brake switch is broken. These problems usually show up in a safety circuit.

   We are thinking it was a faulty radiator cap building up pressure and heat.
