I am getting a Hardware Failure reading on my faceplate. And was wondering anyone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

Check your power source, this is a sign of low or dirty power. We had to go on a generator for two controllers, and had the same hardware failure, changed generators and the problem went away.

It could be a incompatibility problem with your OSM boards. Did you change any of them in this clock or install a newer faceplate recently? The newer faceplates were changed so they wouldn't work with aftermarket OSM boards. They will work for a little bit then fail. Just another possibility. Like Don said, check your power. Check the incoming voltage and then check the voltage coming from the transformer into the the power module. Transformer output is 26.5 volts.

If the above does not work you could unplug it overnight and see if it clears out. I know there is a way to reset the faceplate but I cannot remember right off hand how the steps go.

    1. Turn power off
    2. Hold "Copy/Paste" and "System Info" buttons down
    3. Turn power on
    4. Hold buttons down until "New System Setup" appears in the display
