I have not been on here in a while which is great for most of you. I don't know if this has been a past subject but was wondering who people felt should get rookie of the year in the NFL?

At this time I say Cam Newton.

Von Miller is having a great year for a rookie as well, and helping keep the Broncos close enough in most games to allow Tebow to perform his late game magic.

63 tackles (50 solo) and 12 sacks are good for a rookie. Defense doese not get as much credit as they should at times. I think Tbow has a decent future as well but he is getting far to much hype at this time. One thing to think about, much like Cam, a running QB doesn't stay healthy for very long in the NFL. A running game makes both those QB's big threats but they will get some hits that a good QB staying in the pocket may not see as often. Look at Vick. Big time threat when healthy but how long he stays in the game is hard to guess.

Dalton did well. Decent passing TD's but only one rush TD I think to date. A decent amount of Int. The funny thing about this is if he stays healthy and stays behind a decent offensive line I would bet he is playing pro football longer than Cam. He won't be getting hit as often and hard as those that break the pocket often.
