I'm trying to locate a couple of clean-outs on greens situated beside creeks and ponds. I'm assuming some of the outfalls are sealed off or under water. I've sent guys out with probes with no luck, I've tried running a backpack blower thru the outfall with no luck. I'm at a loss. I have located all but 5 clean-outs. A friend told me I could wait for the first frost and the clean outs might not frost because of heat in drains. I didn't think that would work if they were buried. Any helpful tips would be appreciated.

Google divining rod or dowsing rod. Has worked for generations if you can do it.

I've shoved wire through the pipe and followed above ground with a wire tracer.

dump sone dye into the line and add water you should be able to see it even if it comes out under the water.
