   Hi... Does anyone know of a good online training video,DVD or program for cart attendants. I would like to be able to train our staff in some basic fundamentals such as how to greet guests,how to make people welcome and want to come back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   Don't know much about this...BUT here in Arizona I think one of the things they must teach the cart attendants is to make sure the word "guys" is the third or fourth word out of your mouth: How's it going GUYS, Have a good round GUYS, How'd you play GUYS?, etc, etc.
