You'll be fine if your temps are in the mid-80s and you take care of the heal-in process. It looked like last year in July your temps reached into the 100's, at least according to Accuweather. I've aerated greens in the high 90's to low 100's years ago and never had a problem but it's a risk. No two situations are alike.
You can always schedule the aeration and monitor the weather. Skipping an aeration if the weather doesn't cooperate won't be the end of your career but forcing an aeration in 100 degree heat could be.
When in doubt and conditions aren't favorable it's always better to do less.
