   Who would have thunk it? Four weeks into the new season and we have DETROIT 4-0, BUFFALO 3-1, SAN FRANCISCO 3-1, HOUSTON 3-1, PHILLY 1-3, INDY 0-4, K.C. 1-3, MINNESOTA 0-4 and Hanks Williams Jr would be history from Monday night football after a run of 22 years.......will certainly miss the opening of MNF
   
   It appears a split of 50/ 50 is not enough for the players union........can't buy that bling, those expensive cars and pay the salaries of everyone's posse on a mere split of 50 /50............preseason is history and the season will soon be as well.......the lemmings are jumping ship swimming for the basketball islands of China, Italy, Russia and beyond.........for you NBA hoops junkies and as the beer man says........."stay thirsty my friend".

   David, don't forget the shock of the Chargers being 3-1 to start the season, in spite of being coached by Norv Turner! That almost rates up there with Detroit being 4-0. Personally, I wouldn't even notice if the NBA didn't play. Give me college hoops any day over the NBA.

   My Steelers are tanking too. It is nice though to see the Lions and Bills move up to the front of the class.

   Screw the NBA. I'm thinking of switching allegiance and going to the WNBA.

   For all of the non NBA junkies supposedly if a deal was not reached today then the first month of the season is history. Have not heard a thing on the grapevine about a deal so we can get more Mash, Seinfeld & Two and a Half Men reruns come November through June................a welcomed improvement.

    100 games gonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnne.........now if they can eliminate another 1190 or so it will be a successful NBa season.
