I use the Coats 5030 A/E (Air and Electric) Tire Changer you just have to purchase the ATV Clamp Kit as well. Part# 183585 http://bencostuff.com/products/tirechan ... /5030.html (example - didn't purchase from this site)

We have this: http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_47898_47898 along with the base http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_48595_48595. We drilled a few extra holes and it will change the 20" tires on my truck. Good ole manpower....

We have a manual unit purchased from Gempler some years ago. Changes every tire we have on site and it very easy to use. With the tires we change or repair a week ( 1-3) this manual unit works fine. Very inexpensive.
