We have a 4500D that has low blade speed on the 1 and 4 decks. We have installed a new pressure relief valve a new electric solenoid, and switched the logic control valve with no improvement. We also checked the hydraulic deck motors and they were all good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is most likely the deck motors. Run until operating temp is reached, turn of machine and turn the blades by hand and see if it builds resistance/static pressure, if the unit just spins without building pressure then your motors are bad on those decks. It's the simple field test I had a couple go out very early/low hours on the 4700D, same motors. Regards,
