propiconazole Cancel The title field is required!

   Is anyone out there using the 41.8% formulation of propiconazole. I have been using the 14.3% formulation but I'm not sure why other than the fact that years ago I was told the higher concentration can be more phytotoxic. I feel like I'm throwing money away though as the higher concentration is much cheaper per acre. Thoughts?

   I would assume with a higher active ingredient, the rates would be much lower. I can't see how this would lead to any difference in phyto

   They are much lower so you have to be a little more careful with your measuring to get the correct rate but otherwise it's pretty much the same stuff just with higher concentration.

   It is an EC formulation which can lead to phyto when used at high rates under the wrong weather conditions. I've used it for years without any adverse affects.

    High heat and intense sun? Stressed turf (drought, high traffic, etc) is more susceptible and humidity extremes (high and low) are other considerations. Also use caution with growth regulators on poa.
