We have two Toro ProCore 648. Would love to have core collectors on them. However, at the price of just over 1,000.00 ea that just does not fit our budget right now. So, for just 240.00 Buckaroo's I purchased enough material to fabricate two of them. I will be starting tomorrow, Posting Live Pics as I go along on my Twitter. It is done! Now, its time for some paint
[attachment=0">large.jpeg[/attachment">I will be shooting a video with it working.
I did not like how the flapper just hanged there during transport so I just used a 1.5" bolt on the side panel and its just a matter of rotating the flapper up and over.
Pretty excited to see it in action.
Total cost around 180.00 with hardware and paint. Not to bad at all.
you can figure in labor. But, here is how I see it. I am there anyways.
And there is nothing more satisfying than seeing your own work out there!

    Thanks to those who followed!

Hmm, What could be my next project?

    Hector,

Nice build... though I would like to know the total hours you spent on it... as it does matter... for me anyway.

Start to finish, I would say a total of about 5-6 hrs. thats hands on time. Of course I got called to do this and that in between, plus taking pics etc. etc....

I have a sec one to do so now that I have done once and know how I want it done, It will probably take me about 3 hrs. of course its always easier the sec time around ;)

    Hector,
Will you be posting it on turfnet? I don't have Twitter. I love that you post stuff. I learn a lot from your posts. I want to show my mechanic. We were just talking today about collecting cores with our Toro 648. Any help would be great. Thanks.
    Chad
