Does anyone have any experience with the new Yahama and E-Z-Go carts. my club is looking into the new Yahama's after being E-Z-Go for 18 years. they have been doing a lot of research and said that Yamahas older carts had been junk and trouble but had heard better things about the new ones. does anyone know about the newer ones and Yahamas track record?
While we have been E-Z-Go for a while their track record for maintenance was not good. we are at 4 years now and have a lot of issues with batteries and cables, big time. E-Z-Go cost about $10,000 more for 50 carts over the 4 year lease then Yahama does. I knoiw I have heard of issues with their last few fleets but nothing first hand. Club Cart is just way too expensive for my club.

We've always had Club Car, but if it were up to me I would switch to the Yamaha Drive cart. The research I did showed it to be a good unit.

We have had Yamaha for 25 years and from about 2000 on they have been building a great cart. We dont have to do much maintenance other than water batteries and clean terminals on occasion. Great Great cart
