I'm thinking of setting up a pre mixing station for my 300 gal sprayer to speed up the process. Just looking for ideas to get me started. Thanks guys!

Page two of this pdf has 2 options for pre-mixers. I own the 175Gal and loved being able to have a second batch mixing while we sprayed, especially with two spray rigs. This is a Canadian company not sure if there similar sown there

I built one a few years ago.

Farm & Fleet - 310 gal cone bottom tank with stand.
    Chemical resistant trash pump
    1.5" hose
    Various fittings and valves

Trash pump sucks material out the bottom and it is pumped along the outside of the tank back up to the top and gets discharged back into the tank. A T and some valves allow me to open up the sprayer fill hole and divert some or all into the sprayer.

Awesome for melting down fert. I only use for fertilizer breakdown, all turf chemicals are added to each sprayer tank. Great for quick fill applications, especially if you spray at high volumes and multiple tanks. Total cost was ~$1000.
