We are attempting to build a pre mix/load tank system with the following components.

    500 gallon cone bottom tank
7 gallon Hypro clean load eductor tank, similar to what comes on the Toro 5800, just a little bit bigger for 50 lb bags of fertilizer
3 Horse power centrifugal electric pump

We are having trouble getting enough pressure to the bowl/bottle rinsing part of the system, it is very weak in comparison to the system on our sprayer, which i know has a much more powerful pump. I'm also not sure we have all the hoses and valves hooked up the best way for maximum pressure.

Has anyone built a similar system using these components? Could you upload some pictures of how you have all the components hooked up?
Is a 3 horse power pump strong enough to make the system work?
Has anyone just hooked up a 1/2" line from a freshwater source of their own to supply the water to the bowl and bottle rinsing system?

    Thank you,
    Derek

I'd suggest 1-2 250 gal tanks to hold water to give you the volume and flow needed. Hook your water source to them, and let them refill while spraying; use a float for shutoff- kind of like a toilet.

A three hoesepower motor should be adequate. I use two 1 hps for a 750 gallon tank
