   Thought this was a great forum post to remind us of the better parts of the job. We do remember that year when the grubs ate all the fwys or had the devastating anthracnose as well but this is fun.    One morning I found ice block wrappers in a pile then at the bottom of the hill I found the ice blocks or what was left of them one had sweater fibers of bright colors just like the sweater of my green chairmans young son who lived next door to the course. I summized that kids were riding ice blocks on the hills at the golf course. When I showed the green chairman his response was we might have to try that then he paused and said were gonna need bigger blocks.
