Hi, has anyone had problems with the Tru-Surface rollers vibrating so much they sheer off the bolt holding the front axle shaft? We replaced rubber mounts and installed new axles and I was reading that reel motor RPM is important to keep vibration under control...too slow and may lead to excessive vibration. As usual we mounted the rollers on an old machine to use about three times per week and have had periodic problems with the bolts breaking...thanks

Phoned factory, aware of the problem and they offer a kit for $461US to but a a more robust SS roller that requires the drilling of a few holes in the frame...sigh...should be free

I have had the same issues with loosening bolts even with the upgrade to the adjustable vibration setting with larger rubber bushings. We make a point of checking the problem areas and tighten when needed
