Toro 1250 sprayer was not charging and draining the battery while out spraying.

Replaced the regulator and replaced the battery. While running there is about 12.75 volts produced with a volt meter attached.
Is this proper voltage output? I am sure there used to be 13-14 volts.
Where else might there be an issue?

    Engine is 2005 Kohler.

The stator is what charges your battery. I would check that for voltage. If that has voltage you need to check wires. Good luck.

Check the stators 2 yellow wires for AC voltage around18+ do disconnect the voltage regulator first. The newer Kohler voltage regulators use an external ground wire from the aluminum housing to a good ground on the engine.  I have added a ground wire to older existing voltage regulators and made them work
