Greens King VI intermiting reels in mow Cancel The title field is required!

   My greens king 6 3wd reels worked great for half the season and now will not spin forward 90% of the time. They will in backlap everytime. If and when i do get them to go forward its only a few times and typically will stop after a couple lifts and drops.
   Im not a mechanic but have worked with similar situations before and had success but this one has got me steaming.I have changed all proximity switches, installed new fwd/ backlap switch behind seat, checked pto switch and fwd/rev switch, tested all coils with proper readings. Wondering if it's the the reel valve or relief cartridge down under the hydraulic oil tank. Any suggestions?????

   check your reel motors. I dont have GK6 but we had a similar problem ast year with a 5500 from toro. Ended up moving the problematic reel motor to the end of the series in the front and it stopped the pulsating and start stop problem. Call your jac rep and ask their service guy if the motors are in series, it may be that you are getting too much bypass from a worn out motor
