    Hi

Our Toro LTC Plus controllers are finally starting to fall apart and it appears that TORO no longer makes parts. I am in need of some of the 8 station output modules and one or two of the Control Panel assemblies. I can get some of the boards refurbished but it means shipping to the repair company and then shipping them back again ( an additional 60% cost) Anyone changed over to a new system recently and got some spares they want to get rid of?? You can contact me at paul@stluciagolf.com or on this forum. I would appreciate any information that anyone can give in this matter.

    Best Regards,

    Paul,

I've been upgrading some VT-II clocks to Toro LTC+ for the past 5 or so years. I just purchased a completely new controller last week. I've never had an issue getting them and they still sell the part. Not sure why you are having issues.

What part #'s are you needing, and I can check out suppliers inventory through their website. From what I can tell, you are needing 102-0796, 8 station output module. Our supplier has 3 in stock at $347.76 a piece. However, I have sent these to Boardtronics and had them repaired for about 1/3 of the cost, freight included.

What is the part # of the control panel assembly?

    Thanks Andrew,

We were told by Hector Turf that they no longer supplied the Control Panel assy. They can get new Modules but the cost is USD 434. Can you give me a contact for your supplier?

    Regards

    Paul

    Absolutely.

Lissa Hawley at Wesco Turf is awesome at irrigation parts. I've called her many times with a random explanation of what I am looking for and she'll start rambling off a part number from the top of her head. 1-800-486-8873. Double check that part # though before you order to verify it is what you are looking for.

    Thanks Andrew,

I spoke to Lissa but they can not ship overseas unfortunately. Thanks, however, for your help.

I have two satellites that are toro ltc plus. On one of them a fuse blew on the power supply and when i tried to get it out i broke the square part that the fuse goes into and then plugs into. That is worded confusing but I dont know how else to say it. I can't seem to find any plugs similar. Suggestions?

To get you by you can use an automotive fuseable link!

My assistant said he used aluminum foil to fix one of his video game controllers once. I was pissy so I said " well go to the clubhouse and get some aluminum foil then!" I crumpled a piece of aluminum foil and jammed it in the fuse holder where the broken part was. Then put the fuse in and put it back in the power supply. Viola, heads are running! Guess it pays to have a young kid as an assistant sometimes! :D
