   I'm looking for a free or inexpensive preventative maintenance / repair tracking template for micro soft excel or word. I know there is software out there that does this, but is there any out there with no annual fee? Any advice would be appreciated.

   Try Google Docs. A very easy (and free) way to do everything you are looking for.
