If you like the photo quiz in GCM Magazine then this post is for you. I rely on savvy Golf Course Superintendent's like yourself for the two monthly photos I print each month. I print two photos each month, one is an easier or "me too" type photo and one is a harder to guess photo. I am in need of both types with the exception of the bug spray footprints one as I have plenty of those. It's not really the photo that's interesting, it's how you deal with the problem in the photo that most of my readers find interesting. So please send it that photo that you have been saying, "I'm going to send john that photo one day for his quiz". It does not have to be something as strange as a UFO that crashed into your golf course, although those are always welcome. My email is john@turf-tec.com and I look forward to seeing some photos. The higher quality the better and feel free to send more than one. Thanks in advance! …. John

I have always liked your photos and your Dad's too. How about publishing old ones? I think that would be cool.

    Good idea Scott.

Hi John, maybe using whatsapp would get you more photos.

    Saludos Michael

I was asked to visit a golf course once because they had a dark line running though a green. They had been pondering over these for weeks. It was shade from a power line! I was called to another one where they had "white pustules" in greens that were failing. The pustules were IBDU breaking down! Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees. Been there.

I would love to see some of the older photos. I'm sure many of the issues were the same, just during a different time. Maybe a new one along with an old one?

Thanks guys! I do use the older ones in a live version of the quiz I do at various chapter meetings and conferences, but I am seeking some new photos. Thanks to Doug Hoeh, the North Superintendent/Mountain Manager at Treetops Resort in Michigan for sending me an awesome one that will be in the May issue of GCM. Keep them coming and I will keep them interesting :) Lots of stuff out there to still see. The regional animals and strange insect stuff is always a lot of fun to me and yes Scott, I would publish the shade line.
