There are two floating orifices for the rear lift cylinder, make sure they have the right ones in. The backside of cylinder should have a 0.31 and the front-side of the cylinder should have a 0.26. The ones for your front cylinder are much larger, and they all control the lift timing and lowering. You may need to play with some larger sizes to get it to drop sooner. However, I would first make sure they have them properly situated. After that I would look at the relief valve pressure and make sure it's up around 1500psi.
