Skip,
If your looking to spend a little less on treatments your have to expect less results. Monument, Certanity, Sedge Hammer and Dismiss are great products but can be pricey if your bulk spraying. Basagran or LescoGran will control several sedges and broadleafs in one to two applications. It doesn't do very well on Purple Nutsedge but it will set it back until you get into drier weather. 32 oz / acre Basagran with a Seed Oil at label rates works well on Bermuda and St. Augustine. You can add 2,4-D to help with any boradleafs, but don't add seed oil if you do that due to some Phyto. Skip the St. Augustine with 2,4-d as well.
Basagran $120 gallon. 32 oz / Acre = $30 per acre X 2 apps = $60 Acre
Most of the other products are $80-$100+ per acre to treat with, but do a very good job.
