Of course it doesn't show the education quality of the SEC, but how about that other school with their coach taking a motorcycle ride?

I have no idea and do not really know what kind of student he was. Have heard him interviewed and speaks much better that lots I have heard, so language is not an issue. Not sure if it will hurt his draft status as he was predicted in the top 5-8 range........and he was invited a week or so ago to be at the draft. At least no photos of him of facebook with his hat on backwards flipping the bird and his pants hanging off.........not yet anyway.

Unfortunately not the conference of higher learinings Ron...........just of higher winning......currently national champions in baseball, football, basketball.

It will be interesting to see how this affects post season competition. There were 13 men's team and 8 women's teams that would have not been eligible to participate in the basketball tournament this year.

Petrino is actually beneath the SEC. He's as slimy as it gets.

The Arkansas Hawgs are now in the market for a new coach. Bobby be gone.............the best description of him at best has been shady.........went behind Tubervilles back at Auburn.....dumped the Atlanta Falcons without evening telling his team good bye.........maybe his wife might do the same to him. 15 jobs, 11 different organizations in 24 years.........

Glad Arkansas had the integrity to fire Petrino. I'm sure he had his share of 'win at all cost' supporters who would overlook his sleaziness because he was winning.

Speaking of sleaze, it looks like the Big 10's clean reputation is about to get slimed by Pope Urban. Sporting news had an interesting article about him at Florida this week:

It's always amazing how some folks will put on blinders to all the drugs, arrests, and general thuggish atmosphere in college sports just because their team is winning.

It seems between UGa and UF each year they had a race to see which program could get the most players in trouble both in and out of season.

Gus, it Arkansas really had integrity, they wouldn't have hired Petrino in the first place, just my opinion.

And here I thought Urban only cried when he left Florida because he couldn't continue his man crush on Tebow when he finally graduated.
