Our Multipro 1250 is 20" off the ground, 20" spacing. Based on this, the TeeJet catalog says we need the 110 degree nozzle for sufficient coverage. So, we run the XR11005 and the AIXR11005 nozzles on them.
If you are using 80 degree nozzles, according to TeeJet, your nozzle would need to be 30" off the ground with a 20" spacing.
I like the flat fans for most applications, no matter what we are spraying. Unless it is a suspension type product that would clog a normal flat fan nozzle, in that case we use a FloodJet. We sometimes use the TurfJet nozzles as well for soil applied products.
