Low priced generics Cancel The title field is required!

   Anyone using generic products from "Select Source LLC" sold by Reinders??
   Local Reinders is selling liquid Imadacloprid at half price of any of the other
   generics being offered in this area and it got me to wondering how low do
   you go with both quality and price, do they go hand in hand?

   Mark,
   I use a generic Imidacloprid from Primera One, here in Dayton, Ohio. This product works great and we have had great results. I actually add about 2 oz/m of wetting agent at the same time to help get the product down and thru some thatch and we have been using 0.5 oz/m of the imidacloprid. We then water in after application. I have been doing this the past 4 years and have had great results.
   I use a lot of generics primarily because of cost savings, and most of the products I use do a great job. Unfortunately I had some bad luck with a generic product years ago, but have not had a problem since. Best things is if your are hesitant, try the generic this year on some tees or a fairway and compare to the name brand for future reference.
