   I was in Quebec City last Wed night, Thursday, and Friday. By far the cleanest big city I've ever visited. No trash in the streets, and not a single panhandler, at least in Old Town where we were. I would definitely go back.

    No way it'll ever happen that the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, the West Indies Federation, and Belize would be allowed to join Canada. We'd be nearly surrounded by Canadians. Next thing you know Hawaii wants to secede.
