"Attatchment Quota has been reached" Cancel The title field is required!

   Can anyone tell me what this (Attatchment Quota has been reached) means, I mean, besides that we can't attatch anything anymore.
   
   Also, will you fix it please.

   Today being the 30th, I think it's something akin to the Highway Patrol and their quota system. I think you'll start from scratch on Tuesday. Hang in there, buddy.
