I received my membership renewal form in the mail and noticed the form says, "Renew OnLine Today @ http://WWW.GCSAA.ORG. So I tried to renew my membership on-line and could not find the appropriate link for membership renewal. Realizing I'm a computer hack, I called HQ to ask if the link was in front of my face. Turns out the kind gentleman who helped me could not find the link either and he had to take my payment information over the phone. Are we both computer hacks or is the link as elusive as Sasquatch?

    Clay,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I will see this link is properly hunted down.

I was able to renew on line today, the link wasn't right in front of my face but I stumbled onto it.

Well that make me feel better...

Do you recall where the link is located and have you seen Sasquatch?

Yea I have, oh wait that's one of our golfers coming out of the woods from looking for his ball.

The steps exactly I don't know, like I said I stumbled upon it. But I believe I hit the member tab at top, then something about joining and I thought there was a renewal link, it did take me to the old website, where I had to log in if I remember correctly. Then hit a couple of buttons, my info pulled up and I just filled in my payment info. One thing I noticed missing was the ability to send comp magazine subscriptions to my bosses, but I'm sure there is a link to that.

Hope that was somewhat helpful, but probably not.

I pretty much followed the same steps; ended up being directed to the old website. I too had to re-enter my username and password. However, I then received an error message that said (paraphrasing) "...this web page is no long available". Regardless, it seems to be a convoluted process.

I just renewed online. Click on "Membership & Benefits" top right on new website, click on the box "Join GCSAA>>" on right side, this takes you to the old website where you have to log on. After logging on click on "My membership renewal" under the "Manage my membership" heading and just follow the instructions from there.
