Logging into website Cancel The title field is required!

   I am attempting to reproduce any issues logging into the website. Can you describe what you are experiencing as well as what browser you are using?

   The link to login to the website is not active for me. I click on it, and nothing happens. I'm using the current version of Internet Explorer.

   After updating to IE version 11, I was able to reproduce the behavior you described. This suggests a browser compatibility issue introduced within the newest version of Internet Explorer. I have adjusted our website to instruct IE to use version 10 compatibility.
   
   Please try the log in links again and let me know if what you are experienced is not resolved.

   Cleared my browser cache and everything else. Still can't get it.
