Last night at home on 6/30/11 I was having trouble pulling up the website. Were there any issues or was this just something wrong on my end? I will check when I get home today but just wondering.

    Thanks! Mel

Keith, that was what I was having trouble with. Did not check it here this morning until my post around 10, so I wasn't sure if it might have been the home computer.

    Thanks, Mel

    Mel,

Last night there was a power outage at GCSAA headquarters that affected the website. The sites at the hosted facility lost connectivity to GCSAA HQ services due to the power outage. This resulted in interruption of service until the power resumed. This explains what you experienced last night.

We're currently exploring short and long-term power options so we can prevent this from occurring in the future, but it will take time to plan and implement a complete solution. Until then, we may see this from to time to time.

There were no technical issues with the web site - it was simply a power outage that prevented it from being accessed.

Lately I have been having log in issues. When the new forum came online I heard everyone else talking about log in issues but I never had any. Now I do. I deleted my cookies and temp internet files. Still have issues.

Rick, I have a few questions regarding what you are experiencing here; this will help us further diagnose your issue.

I can log in to the new site. I have never had any problems until I logged in to the old site to view the old forums. Ever since I usually have to log in when I come to the new site. I only have use of this computer. Have not tried any other browser.

Tonight I had to type my username and password three times to get in. Each time I typed it and hit enter I was taken back to the home page and asked to login again. This is getting old.

Happened to me again last night. I tried logging onto other websites to make sure the problem was not in my computer. No problems logging into other websites but could not get on this website.
