   I am referring to the incident this weekend where a 95 year old female cancer patient has her Depends removed by a TSA employee. The terrorist's realized quickly that they could not defeat us on a battlefield so they decided to create Homeland Security and TSA to take more of our liberities away from us than they ever could with a gun. Of course today TSA released a statement.............it has happened so many times before everyone knows the press release by heart........."they were just following procedure". Removing a wet Depends from a 95 year old ill woman is just following procedure. Wow. I suppose if they decide to rape a woman going through body cavity searches in the future the answer will be the same.........."just following procedure".
   
   Time to go watch the CWS..........sports one of the few areas we do not have total government intrusion but they are trying hard to stick their fingers in there as well.

   Brian, how in the Christ is a an old lady having her diaper removed for a search even remotely related to socialism and communism?

    Hey you never know a little gas build up with something to ignite it? I agree with you Sean, it does seem kind of silly but, if we aren't consistent in checking everyone, that becomes our weak spot. But I do think this is open for debate and conversation.

    Consistent..........where have they ever been consistent since the inception of the TSA. Four of us flew to Detroit for the Ryder Cup back in 2004. A hurricane was in the gulf at the time and we had problems with flights out of Baton Rouge to our final destination and our intinerary changed a great deal. More planes, more airports etc than what was orginally planned. I walk through every airport screening going and coming without a bit of a problem. One of the guys flying with us had his 12 yo son with him.........both searched and patted down at EVERY security checkpoint going and coming on our trip. After the last search and we had boarded the plane for our final leg home and the guy says..........."I'm travleing with a terrorist and he walks through every airport in American unsearched and me and my 12 yo boy get cavity searched" .............as I told Mike "its all how you present yourself".
    Obvoiusly the 95 yo Depends wearing cancer patient did not present herself very well. Might have been the ammonia oder............."eks........a bomb"
    
    
    There has been NO consistency in the TSA from day one except for bad attitudes and bad service.
