   There's a big difference here, isn't there? The judge handed down a decision based on his religion. Santorum is suggesting freedom of assembly (religious or otherwise) in public.

   Nothing at all wrong with the vast majority of Christians (Scotty excluded), Muslims, atheists, Catholics, etc....but there is definitely something wrong with the judge, and maybe the judicial system that somehow allowed a nutter to sit on the bench.
   
   Ps, If Christian is defined as someone who believes in the literal translation of the bible, then Catholics are by definition not Christians
