   The po-po have to follow up on every claim of illegal activity. But just like when you get off with a warning when caught speeding, these guys caught a warning too. I wonder how hard it was for the cops to withhold their laughing while performing this "bust".
   
   Now personally I know of some golf games where thousands get shelled out. Lots of times they'll get out of control and be the talk of the town. $5 here or there though never raised an eyebrow.
