I've dropped 23 pounds since April 22nd. Haven't really exercised much during that period. Working on the DASH diet. Low sodium (1,200mg/day), which basically cuts out all breads and sadly, beer and bacon. I've also been following portion control pretty closely. I had to drill a new hole in my leather belt this morning because my assistant was complaining about my pants falling down and my butt crack showing. Feels good to be on the "losing" ends of things, so to speak, with this endeavor.
