   Got you beat....mine rotate every year. They have to have served on the committee the previous year, but these positions are typically only 2-3 years. Constant cycling...

   Hi Andy, I have handed out that document along with several others 7 times in the past 5 years. I think I may finally have gotten the message across at our end of season strat session last week as I pointed out how many different initiatives had gone by the wayside due to the inconsistency of the committee structure
