I didn't watch the news back then, but dad was stationed at Andrews AFB in DC when it happened. He sent us to Connecticut to be with family, the Shakey's Pizza Parlor he moonlighted at, across the highway from it, that area burned to the ground. Wishing we have had come farther since this time, I guess in some ways we have, other ways, I think we have regressed. Sad, for a country where "Everyone is created equal"
