Found a new channel on Directv this week. Back9Network. I scanned the program directory to see the shows and found one called "Ball Hogs", a show about ball hawking divers in the Carolinas.

Question: How does a reality show about nothing get produced before a show about a Golf Course Maintenance Crew?

I have worked with some [u">characters[/u"> in my days on the golf course, surely there is a golf course crew out there that a tv crew can follow and make a show about. And it would give our profession an avenue to showcase itself and inform people on what we do to get a course ready for play.

Funny Bryce, I have been thinking that for several years now.

How is it that you can watch poker on two channels? Or the Kardashians anywhere? It's not surprising that they can make a reality show out of golf ball diving and some people will watch it. The Ancient Greeks left us dramatic plays and new ideas in government. Our legacy to the future will be Honey Boo-Boo.

The Greeks would have fed all those people to the lions for our entertainment. Gawd love 'em.

We are a bunch of EX-Pats mostly retired military working over here in Germany. I am sure it would make for great TV. So who do I talk too?

I think that was the Romans who fed Christins to lions, not the Greeks.

And Clay, in our defense, besides Honey Boo-Boo we also got the Sopranos, which was like a Greek tragedy.

Yeah it was the Romans, but feeding them to the lions, especially for our entertainment, is appealing regardless of who does it.
