Curious what your method is of insuring a weed free course( crab/sedge) throughout the season. It never fails we always get crab breakthrough on our pre- emergent, and there is ALWAYS sedge to spray it seems. However I get a little gun shy when it comes to spraying selective herbicide on cool season when temps are consistently in the 90's. Tips, tricks, pointers, suggestions, ideas welcome....
    Thanks Again

Heck I get gun shy on warm season grasses. My question is when it is that hot will most of the weeds shut down and do not absorb the herbicide either? Probably depends on the weed I'm sure.

I've sprayed drive with temps in the 80's. I'd be careful with temps that high. And the turf should be free of stress. And even with that I spray half rate on bent/poa fairways just to be safe. I'll have to go back a 2nd time but better that than damaged turf. That's my experience, I'm sure others are different.
