sandpro spiker Cancel The title field is required!

   For you guys running the spiker attachment behind a sandpro on greens are you leaving the knobby tires on or switching them out for smooths.
   
   I got t-1 bentgrass in the upper transition zone on soil based push up greens.

   We use Carlisle Turf CTR 22-11.00-8 that we got from R&R Products years ago. These tires have just a little tread, but not much and they do not leave any tracks on the greens. I like this tire because a can throw the rakes back on and go rake bunkers with no issues.

   Finally got out and spiked today with some cooler weather moving in. We went ahead and left the knobby tires of the sandpro on and did not see any harm from doing so.
   
   Really helped to open the greens up and let some air into them before the heat moves back in next week
