This is not a "turf" question but has anyone around the southeast have prefab restrooms on your course? If so who did you purchase from and do you like them? Thanks in advance for any replies.

I've "used" these in the past.....just not on my course. Very nice.

There are typically a couple at the GIS as well. Free standing with built in water and storage tanks. No water or electrical required for operation.

I would not use the Sochi Olympic restroom design ;)

    Scott,

About 15 years ago I bought CXT vault toilets, then about 6 years ago I converted them to flusher's with sinks and drinking fountains. These are tough buildings that require very little care.

Scott, I have one on my course, looks great and no problems with it. We got it from AES Precast in Northport, Al. http://www.AESPrecast.com, (205) 333-8000. We are septic and had to have a general contractor pour a slab and set water lines, then install a drain field. The building came in on a 18 wheel flat bed trailer. A 90 ton crane then picked up the building (75,000 lbs) and put it on the slab. We had it installed in 2009, no problems with it.
