raise mowing heights, manage moisture (dry as possible), healthy turf, and quicksilver

We use quick silver and even have good results at a reduced rate, best ask my Super for technicalities, (Funny how I absorb a lot of turf info)!

I will second the Quick silver. Low rates and safe on bentgrass and Poa, very effective.

Totally agree with the quicksilver. Stay on top of your applications after the initial high rate application and you should get great control.

We had a severe problem when I took the position n 2002. We used Junction with great success and did a presentation at the last Atlanta show. It may still be in the archives.

We have been using Quicksilver since it was labeled for Moss control. We vary the rate depending on severity from 2.66 oz/a to 5.33 oz/a. With 3 acres those rates use complete bottles per ap with no partials sitting on the shelf. We will add it in with the normal every 14 day greens tank mixes which includes fungicides, growth regulators, ferts, etc. with no issues. Most seasons it is in every tank mix all season at the 2.66 rate. 2015 I think I used none. 2017 we didn't need any until the fall and have used it so far this season.

The first year it didn't seem to work very well. The second season we started adding Sync from Precision Labs and the Quicksilver seemed to perform much better.

Several sequential aps no more than 2 weeks apart greatly helps too.
