Golf without tee markers Cancel The title field is required!

   Has anyone gone an removed tee markers from their tee boxes? If so, what were the challenges and what were the benefits from doing so.

   Always thought this would be a great idea...... for daily play (with some instructions for golfers).  Obviously, I think you would need to put out markers for tournaments and any league play.

   I've always though that just one marker is needed in order to keep them in the area we want them in. If they cant line up a shot without two tee markers, maybe they should take a lesson.

   Well we had shut down due to Covid 19 and we are getting ready to reopen this coming Tuesday. Due to having 40% of my crew I have pitched this idea and we will try it out. Basically we will tell golfers on the first tee to pick the tee they want to play from out of three, front middle and back and stick with it for their whole round.

   Its been a week so far and our golfers love it. the Tee boxes still look great also but its only been 5 days of play also. I will update as this goes along and let ya'll know how its working out.

   Well another month or so has passed and our golfers still do not mind not having tees. For the most part they are being good about spreading the divots around the boxes with the exception that feel they need to hit from where we have granite yardage markers on the boxes. Those may be coming up next!
