Has anyone ever heard of putting unscented bar soap in a Underhill Pellet Pro as a wetting agent. My assistant said at another golf course he worked at years ago they would take ivory bar soap, set it out to completely dry then cut it in half and use it in their Pellet Pro. He said it worked great and didn't burn. Anyone ever heard of doing this?

Met a Superintendent years ago that would grate with a hand food grater ivory soap on dry spots and then wet them down, Never did try it but who knows? How about dry ivory cloths wash soap. ? Maybe. I think cost would be high but never priced it out?
