I'm really impressed with these. Spraying my fairways today on a day I normally would not ,because of the windy conditions and I'm getting absolutely no drifting. Tried them several years ago and didn't care for them then I heard a lecture where they operated at pressures around 50 to 60 so I got smaller nozzles to get higher pressures, what a difference.

Which ones are you using? I am currently using these all plastic tips,

But wondered if the stainless steel tips are worth the extra $4 each.

I know, it's only $4. But we change nozzles every few months to be safe and it costs us around $500/year already.

I'm using the same nozzles with the stainless steel tips. I buy from a local Farmers Hardware store called Paul B Zimmermans they have a website and are very reasonable on spayer parts, as you see $9.63 per nozzel, should not break the bank.http://www.paulbparts.com/sprayer-parts ... flat-fan-0

I use the Air Induction Turbo TwinJet for all of my fairway applications, and my higher volume greens applications. I like the coverage I get with the dual nozzles, especially with the coarser droplet that usually comes with the AI nozzles.

We have been using the TDAD10 nozzles from Greenleaf Technologies. Great nozzle great coverage. Usually replace every year. Spray greens and tees at 108.9 GPA (2.5gal per M) and Fairways and roughs at 56.6 GPA.
