Part of this springs equipment package includes a bonus upgrade from Site Pro to Lynx. How steep is the learning curve from Site Pro to Lynx? I'm considering delaying the upgrade until early fall after the bulk of our overnight watering is behind us. I'm a fairly quick learner when it comes to technology but I don't want to go through this process during the summer if there's a good chance it could get messy. For those who made the switch, were there any unforeseen issues? Thanks.

Lynx is an order of magnitude easier to run than Sitepro. I dont blame you for being careful, but the learning curve isnt steep at all. The most time consuming part of the whole thing is getting the sprinkler data into the system. I ran Sitepro and Lynx side by side until I was comfortable that it was gonna work, but there were no problems with it at all.

    Steve,

Thanks for your response. Guess I didn't factor in the possibility of having both Lynx and SitePro loaded onto my PC and the ability to use either one. Did you enter the database information yourself or did a service tech do it?

He showed me how and I loaded them in myself. Took a couple of days because I could only stand so much of that.
